So I used the Subway app (very convenient by the way) to order a salad for lunch.
When I walked into the restaurant I was pleasantly surprised to find my order was ready.
When I got back to my office I started a conference call and started eating I noticed my salad was missing the shredded cheese but I wasn't too worried (especially since I don't need the extra calories).
After my call ended i realized my salad was also missing the turkey breast and ham so I called the restaurant.
The gal who had made by salad was starting becoming defensive and asking why I didn't notice that it was missing the ham, turkey and cheese before I started eating.
She then asked if I wanted another one and said I needed to bring the first one back.
When I arrived back at the restaurant she once again started asking why I didn't notice what was missing before I started eating.
She then said she too was tired and couldn't help that she made a mistake.
Fortunately the manager was the other person working and she was very apologetic and told the gal to make me another salad.
Finally after making the salad the gal apologized.
Why did I give a 4 out of 5 stars rating? The manager was super sweet and very apologetic and offered me a drink and a cookie which may be small but saved the day.
You can see both salads in my pictures.
Make sure you check your order thoroughly before leaving the store but otherwise my salad was delicious!

When inside wanted to wash my hands before order the lady said if you want to wash your hands you got to order first prior to wash your hands.
So I said that hell with that so turned around and go somewhere else.
Sorry Subway you lost a customer
