OMG the manager Mehret was SO NICE!!! Long story but I had an issue and that man ran circles to make me happy.Wish all Chick-fil-a locations were this amazing!
This is experience was very saddening.I arrived at the drive through around 8:30 pm.A nice young lady took my order via iPad.She was thorough in reading it back and it sounded correct.The line was not too long but this location was moving slower than usual.There were 3 vehicles in front of me.1 was made to park along side the restaurant drive through and wait for their order.The other 2 vehicles in front of me were waiting for their orders as well while I sat in front of the pick up window waiting as well.Before the other 2 vehicles received their orders, I was given mine but it was incorrect.For context, I ordered a Spicy Southwest Salad w/ a spicy fillet AND nuggets on top, light Italian dressing and a medium SunJoy.The first time they handed me my order I told the young man I hadnât received my drink and also that my salad was missing the spicy fillet.He huffed and said âwell it is getting busy.â Iâm not sure why he informed me of that because it has nothing to do with my order being wrong.It wasnât busy when I order nor while I was sitting in line for approximately 10 minutes.He asked me to pull up to the end of the drive through where the 2 other vehicles had been and were now gone being that they finally received their orders.The young came back about 3 minutes later and asked me to park along side the restaurant where the 1st vehicle that was in front of me earlier had parked.I obliged and parked to wait.I was waiting for around 12 minutes when the young man came out again and handed me another salad that was again, incorrect.I politely relayed this to him and he complained again; âwe are busy.Would you like a refund?â He was visibly annoyed.I answered him âyes.Here you go.â (While handing him the salad back) He sighed heavily and stated âJust keep it.â I pressured the subject of him taking it back which he refused but did issue a refund to me via my card.I appreciate him for that.However, I did actually want my salad the way I ordered it.Also, maybe donât say things like âweâre busyâ when a customerâs order has been made incorrectly.You guys werenât busy before I order and for a number of minutes afterwards while I waited until 9pm.I wonât be back to this location or to any Chick Fil A franchises again.Not only due to this incident but other ones I have not posted about.The customer service is usually great but some of the things the workers say or how they input the customer descriptions on the tickets are questionable.
Irma is the best delivery person. She always provides condiments, utensils and napkins with our large delivery orders where OTHERS here have failed in the past. She's also very friendly with an awesome greeting everytime she arrives as my home. Awesome food as well. Highly recommend every which way around.
