Needs to be CLEANED.
Like, REALLY cleaned.
It "looks" clean, but it's not.
The employees need a refresher course on workplace conversations & customer service.
While I was there a food delivery service came and came back to replace the food because it was not hot and fresh.
The lady at the front counter complained about how much time had elapsed from the order being placed and being picked up.
Instead of making it right.
They did replace the meal.
But it should have been done immediately.
Not argued about it in front of customers.

Breakfast Jack's were fresh went in at 6 am fast and friendly good coffee.
For it being a big order I'm happy customer.
Good job at this location.

Sometimes you just have to have Jack in the Box.

Our go-to order is the classic buttery jack and french fries.
The beef patties, lettuce, and tomatoes make the burger moist and juicy.
If Jack in the Box offers any different kinds of meals, we always try them.
We don't get satisfactory taste every time, but it is the result of trying new things. Generally, we go there late at night and always get a very friendly face.
He is always cheerful and helps us every time throughout our drive-through order.
Don't know his name though.
