Order efficiency is down the drain at this location.
They can't prepare a schedule to staff appropriately to serve hungry customers.
I waited and got stuck in the drive through for breakfast 35 minutes just to get a $7 breakfast.
There's nothing convenient or fast about it.
Don't go to this location for breakfast.
They are terrible serving customers in a timely fashion.
I could have gotten a full tank of gas, grabbed McDonald's for breakfast, and ate my breakfast on my way to work.
And made it to the work site on time.
I'm still in line at the drive through writing this review 35 minutes later, still without food! Pathetic! I'm surprised Chick-fil-A hasn't run this place out of business.
Chick-fil-A knows how to process orders fast and efficiently.
Chick-fil-A is the gold standard compared to Whataburger! WHAT-A-JOKE! Buyer beware!

They have screwed up our order the last 3 times .
Leaving food off or giving me the wrong food.
Let's not even talk about the colorful water they serve as "gravy." I will not be going back to this particular restaurant.
I placed orders through the app & drive-thru same DISAPPOINTMETING results.

I used my debit card to pay for my meal.
Which was $21 and some change.
When it cleared my account it posted for $24.
They're charging you to use your card without informing you.
That's robbery.
And they're not the only restaurant that does this.
Keep your receipts.
I only wish I would have.
I want my money back.
It might not be much, but I'd rather know upfront I'm paying a fee.
Let it be my choice to proceed with the payment option.
