I purchased a drink that wasn't good! I requested a refund and the manager on staff gave me one.I checked my bank balance and I was double charged for this transaction.The manager that came on the next shift insisted on processing another refund to my card, taking the same steps.I informed her that there would be a risk that the same thing would happen again, but she kept insisting to do it.The manager that handled the transaction, and also made the drink, was called.I got on the phone with her and she informed me that there was nothing she could about it.I insisted on a cash refund,but then she said her drawer would be short.The drawer can't be short, if I was charged twice.This is unacceptable and there was no solution! My money is gone! This store neglected my needs as a customer and I will never be shopping with Starbucks again!

So, after leaving the Chantilly location...THIS one was an absolute breath of fresh air.The pastry spread was done perfectly! We were greeted when we entered ❤️❤️❤️❤️ After a day's work, a positive attitude is always welcomed.Also, we were given free pastries.
It has been a very long time since I decided to sit in at a Starbucks but this morning I decided to get up randomly and go in.Having never used their refill policy before Shannon explained it to me and had a fresh pot of dark roast coffee ready for my order.I sat and listened to the music playing and really was able to enjoy coffee in a peaceful morning manner.I didn't think about the coffee being hot, I know I was still waking up, so I went back up and asked for cream and they graciously handed me a small cup.Shannon also understood what I meant when I said that I wanted the coffee sweet which was nice.I discovered that I liked a couple of the songs that were playing and I went up and asked if they knew who was playing and Chris took the time to find out for me.This crew was fantastic this morning and it blows my other experiences at all Starbucks locations out of the water.Thank y'all for keeping good people and I look forward to coming back sometime again.
