I placed a $50 order tonight.Got the pizzas there was no sauce.I called and they put in an order to remake them.Got them and again no sauce.I called to get a refund at this point.First 2 times I got hung up on after explaining my issue.3 more times and they answer and hung up.This is NOT acceptable.THIS IS NOT HOW YOU TREAT CUSTOMERS.WE WILL NOT BE ORDERING AGAIN!!!!
Would give zero stars if possible.Ordered 2 pizzas and when get there 25 minutes later and pay bill to find out they never made the second pizza.Had to wait another 20 minutes for them to corect an order.Then burned up the other pizza. Got our money back and went to domino's. No apology or nothing. This is the last time order from pizza hut. This is rule more than exception.Avoid this place if at all possible. Unless just like terrible service.
Ordered Alfredo and Breadsticks.Was told 20 minutes.Took over 45 minutes before they even started taking me seriously that I was there to pick up what I had already paid for.WILL NOT BE BACK TO THIS LOCATION.LACKS MANAGEMENT, ORGANIZATION, AND ANY TYPE OF DISCIPLINE TO GET THINGS DONE!!
