Pizza Hut

Poor customer service..
i ordered a big New Yorker it came wrong! And the wings came with grease in the sauce! I’ve had the spicy garlic from another location and it doesn’t look like this!

The service was awful, I ordered a large hand tossed meat lover pizza, when I got home I saw that I was given a cold thin crust pizza.
I called the store to talk to a manager the lil girl who answered the phone hung up in my face then I called back to talk to a manager I was told to call back tomorrow the district manager will be in around 5.
The manager wouldn't take the time to speak with me about my problem with my order.
When we got to the store kids was running from the kitchen to the lobby.
Poor customer service.
I will never go there again and I will not stop until I talk to somebody about this establishment because it doesn't make sense.

I order pizza for my husband for the Superbowl game Sunday the 11.
I order a large 3 topping pizza like I always do they charged me $33.21 so see if wasn't being ripped off I ordered a pizza from a different store which charged $12.09.
I call the store and customer service I spoke with the young man at the Pizza Hut call center he saw where they over charged me but claimed he couldn't do nothing about it so then I called customer service where the lady stated that she would forward my ticket to upper management where I heard anything from anybody yet.
They took my money and fail to reply to me.
I feel some kind of way about my hard earn money being taking.
Especially when the pizza didn't have all the toppings.
I don't know why it's so hard to get into with management at this store the phone was busy until they closed.
I changed my favorite store to Vaughn Rd.
