I Might Have Come On a Good Day .My Experience Was So Good Just Now I’m Writing Review Still in The Parking Lot .The Lady We Placed an Order With Had Great Customer Service, I Ordered a Meal For A Family Of 3 .I Wanted to Try the New Snack Wrap And I Checked Our Food Per Usual and I Was Slightly Disappointed With the Portion Size Of My Wrap Despite That We Told the Manager She Talked to Us and Gave Me The Correct Response And Fixed My Issue With No Issues and I Appreciated That More Than Anything .They Gave Me What I Paid For And That Was it .I Did Enjoy the Food and Will Be Back For More Thank You .

Unbelievable.Utterly ridiculous! My friend and I ordered on the app while in the car with our friends to pay separately.As we prepared to feast on our food we noticed we did not receive the cheese to the pretzels we ordered.No big deal? RIGHT? Wrong! My friend has to literally get out of the car and basically argue with the workers over CHEESE!! They essentially accused us of lying to get extra cheese? I don’t even know.They were convinced that the cheese in my friend’s lap from a completely separate order, was our cheese.They asked to look inside the bags and even the manager I believe stood outside our car looking into the car at the cheese in my friend’s lap that again was from a DIFFERENT order.We got the cheese for the pretzels at the end of it, but it was absolutely preposterous what we had to endure.And to top it all off, the worker with the greasy ponytail and highlights kept giving all of us on the car dirty looks and kept rolling her eyes.Needless to say we will not be back to this location.The food was good but the service ruined the overall experience.I recommend the pretzels if you can get your cheese.

So ridiculous.Came out here tonight with friends.Having a good time and we have two separate orders since we were paying separately.Both orders had a few orders of pretzels and one order accidentally didn’t come with cheese.No big deal right? We go up to the door and ask for cheese and the staff here, two in particular proceed to make it a big deal, going back and forth with the orders and not giving us just a pack of cheese bruh.First was a short fat girl with cakey makeup and overgrown roots.rolling her eyes when passing us going back and forth with our friend over cheese.And then, a tall white boy with long greasy hair, assuming to be manager, comes all the way out to our car to inspect our order bags that we already paid for AND peeks through the window of our car in my friends lap spotting cheese from one of our orders when we were just asking for cheese for the OTHER order.All that over sauces of cheese.So ridiculous it’s not that big of a deal for a pack of sauce
