On 10-2-23 at 1:35 PM I went to the KFC at 1843 W Union Hills Dr, Phoenix, AZ 85027.
Upon entering this location I purchased food and there was a mix up.
I wanted it to-go but they served it as I was dining in.
There was a employee behind the counter who proceeded to take a gravy cup lid and put it on the cup of gravy with his bare hands.
His bare hand touched the edges of the gravy cup and the chicken. I asked for a manager and he refused to refund my money.
He acted like his employee did nothing wrong.
This is a major health code violation to touch food with bare hands without a glove.
This is a popular restaurant that serves a lot of people and its unacceptable. I left the restaurant without a refund.
They stole $14.11 of my money.

Placed an online order while in the store to utilize loyalty points I had earned.
The order went through and my money was taken from my account.
My app said food was ready and I went up to the counter and they said they never got my order and that someone stole it.
I was watching the front the entire time and no one ever took an order.
Asked for refund and guy gave me a huge attitude.
Avoid this place at all cost.

Went inside to order.
The guy inside didn’t say a word for 5 minutes.
Then told me to wait.
Watched about 5 cars pull thru the drive through and order before he said hold on.
Then took two more orders. When I did order he was very rude.
When you asked him if the potato side came with gravy he got even more rude. After ordering he told me the total.
Pointed at the card machine and walked away.
When he came back with my food he set it down, said here you go and walked away.
Didn’t give me a receipt or offer me one.
If I wasn’t on a mission for mashed potatoes for my wife who just had some dental work I would have walked out.
Older Hispanic guy.
Didn’t get a name cuz he didn’t give me time to ask and didn’t have a name tag.
