Their food quality and service is consistent throughout their entire chain.
You get an excellent variety of food options for carnivores and vegetarians alike.
Delicious food in a clean, family friendly and casual setting.
With staff that are happy to make things right if need be.
A solid choice for pickup, delivery or dine in.
My family and friends have been going to Barro's for years.

We usually get ours from a different location, but door dash sent our order here.
The salad, omg.
The toppings looked fresh, but I turned it out into a salad bowl to mix and found slimy watery gooey lettuce.
So gross! Hubby called the manager about it today, and was simply told to call door dash, that they couldn't do anything.
How about taking those old nasty salads out of the fridge, and not serving people old slimy lettuce? The pizza was good, but barely above room temp.

The specialty pies are all excellent.
Even their ravioli is great; you'd be hard-pressed to find a menu item that isn't delicious. The only reason I gave service a 4/5 is because it seems that even a mild rush of customers sets them back significantly.
I've waited nearly an hour many times when there were maybe 3 customers ahead of me.
Maybe they're just understaffed.
