This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had.My order took almost 2 hours to make..it was 2 small pizzas.They said they lost the ticket numerous times and after the second time hearing that it was evident that these people are just sloppy and have no idea what’s going on.Let’s move on to the pizza..it was not at all what I ordered.One of the pizzas were a nasty doughy nightmare..the other was burnt to a crisp.By far the worst food/ service I have ever had.I will never be back to this place.

The pizza is fantastic! How can it not be when it's made to order? So many toppings to choose from.Even your sauce is specialty.There's a cauliflower crust option for low carb or you can forget the crust and throw it all in a salad if you're strictly keto.However you choose to go it tastes fabulous. The staff are helpful and efficient whether you're dining in or taking it with you.If you choose to stay, you can enjoy a beer or wine with your food.And it's all very reasonably priced.

I visited this location a little over 90 days ago.I ordered 3 pizzas (2 Cauliflower crust).We received our pizzas and had nothing but a terrible experience since this day.All three pizza had so much burnt residue at the bottom of the pizzas they were almost impossible to eat.I called and spoke with a manager and was told they will talk to the team.I did not ask for a refund this day. Months later we decided to give this location another try due to us having a great experience at the other locations.I ordered two pizza and not only did it have burnt residue but it was worse than the last experience.My 4 year old son hand looked t if he placed his hand in a pot of soil (this is all because he held one slice of pizza) I called and was told there were no managers or supervisors at the store and to call the next day and speak with "Lexy" .The employee said there has been numerous amount of complaints in regards to this issue and the team was only being written up.I asked for Lexy and I was told Lexy was not there and that Aynara was only a supervisor and she still could not help me.I am being sent in circles and was told the only thing she could do was let her team know to clean the oven.Someone needs to look into the cleanliness at this location.

Hi Marquitta, Thank you for your feedback and I apologize for the unfortunate experience. I will certainly address the issues of cleaning out the bottom of the over. I did speak to the supervisor you spoke and it does appear she offered to remake your food or offer you a refund. We do make mistakes but I also like to thing we try and make things right.
