I guess they scan off your orders before they bring it out to you so they don’t mess up their times.At least that’s what I was told when I push the button after waiting five minutes after it said my car hop was on the way.Just to water down drinks and cold food. They don’t have the real fruit inside of your drink and then whenever you push the button about your issue.They bring out a separate cup and say that’s what their manager told them to bring you.

I ordered in the app and pulled in to pick up.I put in my stall number and watched to make sure it said "hi lauren" because I like making sure I'm at the right location.We waited for 20 minutes while it said an associate will be out shortly.Finally we inquired what was taking so long and they told us we didn't check in.I said we did and had proof in the app that I did and they said well it didnt show up on our end.I understand technical difficulties happen but when they brought us our food, they reiterated that we didn't check in.Our food ended up not being the way we had ordered it (mayo, lettuce, and Pickles on a sandwich that was ordered plain and missing marinara for the Mozzarella sticks) and it tasted like it had just been sitting there for 20 minutes because it had.Overall a bad experience where we got blamed for their technical difficulties and they couldn't even be bothered to remake the food fresh or try to remedy the situation in any way.What a disappointing experience.

Service is insanely slow and the ice cream is melted and barely has any of the condiments in it.
