Placed order on app got milkshake with Oreo and there was absolutely no Oreo- ok well 2 pcs but I paid for it and didn’t get much.
Ordered a coffee same as I did 5 days prior and it was totally different tasting like nothing but choc syrup and they forgot the cream packets.
Forgot the marinera for the moz sticks.
But kid who delivered to our car was amazing super friendly! Check your order before you drive away😮‍💨

Yesterday, we went to sonic around 12 pm.
We didn’t leave the drive through till 12:45.
I found a hair on fried pickles and sent them back after waiting for about 15 minutes and seeing multiple cars get there order and leave.
we asked how long it was going to be and they said a few more minutes.
After waiting for about another 10 minutes, we asked for a refund and the employee helping us was rude and completely unprofessional.
The employee that helped was named Abel, we highly recommend NOT ask him for help!

Whoever made the fries on 8-17-2024 at about 12:40pm...
You should get a raise.
Idk what voodoo you doing back there but them fries were unbelievably crispy and tasty.
I haven't even opened the wrapper on my burger to write this.
Ya have a great day. Addendum: Burger was unremarkable and had me whelmed.
It wasn't bad just wasn't great.
Overall good experience.
