I recently dined at Cooper's Hawk and overall, it was a solid experience. The vibe is definitely upscale, and it's popular - make reservations to avoid the wait!

We started with the potstickers and the drunken shrimp, both of which were beautifully presented. The shrimp, however, lacked flavor compared to the delightful bread that accompanied it. For mains, I had the surf and turf, with steak medallions that were perfectly cooked and packed with flavor!

To top off our meal, the carrot cake was an absolute standout - light and delicious, not too sweet. I’d gladly return! 🍰
