Went through the drive through tonight at 8:50 ordered a Chicken Katsu meal with no veggies, extra Mac.
I was told to pull forward to the window per usual.
At the window there was a total of 3 employees in view all attempting to avoid any contact with the window so after about 25 minutes of waiting at the window I was finally greeted and got an apology from the young man working for not being taken care of yet.
So I paid for my food and carried on..
However I still had to stop at another restaurant for a friend before I was able to get home, and open my container to realize they gave me the entirely wrong order..
so at 9:45 at night when I attempted to call to rectify the situation..
of course the phones automated system said they were closed. I love Ono however tonight was a piss poor performance, wrong order, long wait time and (according to the stores system) closed prior to the posted closing time of 10pm (for the drive through).

Delicious Fresh Food Great Service Clean Establishment Unisex Bathroom Available Handicap Parking is limited (a few spots) Plenty of Regular Parking in Shopping Area I use to live on the North Shore, prices are comparable for a plate of protein and 2 starches.

This is the most disappointing chicken katsu I've ever had.
It's dry, hard, and crunchy.
Whoever is cooking this needs to understand how bad this is.
