McDonald's

I was kicked out while reading a book waiting for my son to finish his haircut.
I was told if I didn't order something I had to leave.
There were plenty of seats available and I wasn't bothering anyone.
I was told I was loitering.
I was only planning to be there for a short time, hopefully.
I was considering getting a sandwich if my son's haircut was going to be a long wait, but fortunately it wasn't.
As soon as I walked out he was walking up.
I was not planning to commit a crime.
I will say this on a positive note.
The dining room was very clean and the workers seemed very engaged in serving guests.
I post this simply to say that if this is not the behavior you want for your team, then you can provide some coaching on how to better handle these situations.
If this is is what you want, well then prospective customers can be sure to order something right away so they don't get kicked out.
Or, just do what my son and I did - go to Chick-fil-A.
The spicy biscuit and chicken minis were so good!!!

Terrible experiences with this location. The fries are NEVER fully cooked.
We have gone here multiple times and EVERY SINGLE time we do the fries are white, soggy and cold.
I told the manager and she said "well they are on a timer".
Well, set the timer longer because you have the WORST fries out of any McDonalds location I have ever eaten at. This last time the cheeseburger - I have no idea what the cook is doing back there but the burger was put together in a very weird order, had tons of mustard, very little ketchup and was missing the pickles. The soda's were flat.

It does not matter how long you wait in the drive thru plan on parking and waiting for you food.
There hasn't been 1 time that we have visited in the last couple months that our order doesn't take at least an hour and fifteen minutes from start to finish.
It's not even faster to mobile order.
I literally mobile order from home and still over an hour wait.
Food is regular quality just as mcdonald's always is.
Staff is fine the wait is just crazy
