We just ate at Skillet for the first time and loved it! Owner is super nice, and the restaurant is small, intimate and charming.
Coffees are super good (Cinnamon Bun Latte - hot, Cold Brew with Maple honey to sweeten).
My wife and I both ordered the Pimento Omelet, and it was very delicious; our daughter had the Cheesy Hashbrowns - also very delicious.
I must comment that the plates of other food coming out of the kitchen looked soooo delicious! Will definitely be back here MUCH more.

*extremely late post* This is a very nice yet small restaurant.
This was our first visit.
Needless to say, they did not disappoint.
The sandwich I had was huge, messy, and very tasty.
As I'm writing this post, I'm not sure why we haven't been back.
One of these days, we'll definitely make our way back in there.
Keep up the good work.

I’ve been wanting to try this restaurant for a while now.
And I finally made the time to do so.
I didn’t realize how small it was until I walked it.
It was a quiet quaint restaurant. I ordered the bacon egg and cheese sandwich, with a side of hash browns .
The sandwich was huge .
It was pretty tasty.
Also I ordered the oatmeal pie latte (cold) which was phenomenal.
And I ordered the cheese blintzes which was tasty! I thought the overall experience was okay.
I would rate the place at least a solid 7.
I definitely would go back to try more menu options.
