Plank's Cafe & Pizzeria is a cozy spot on Parsons Ave that truly shines with its lively atmosphere! 🌟

I visited for dinner and opted for the Hot Stuff specialty pizza, and while the sweetness of the crust was a surprising twist, it paired nicely with the spicy toppings. The waitstaff were incredibly attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed! 🌶️

Although my pizza was slightly undercooked, the flavor overall made up for it. It’s a great place for groups, and I’d definitely recommend taking advantage of their half-off pizzas on Mondays! 🍕 Can't wait to go back!
