Literally the worst McDonald’s on the planet.Orders are never right if you order ahead or there.Told them I was missing the kids extra fries, the sauce for their nuggets and chocolate milk.She said the extra fries got upgraded to a small which is fine.She had an attitude the whole time like it was my fault they don’t know how to put things in bags and when I told her I was still missing sauce and chocolate milk.It’s not that hard to read an order.They also are never friendly.
This is absolutely the WORST McDonald's in Columbus.Every single employee that works there is beyond RUDE.Disrespectful to the customers, esp when it's the workers own fault on getting a order messed up.There mobile pick up is a joke.Seriously avoid this location.Save yourself money and a headache!
The employees hid today at 10:45 pm and they close at 11 pm.We were at the speaker first and no one said anything so we pulled up to the window.We saw two employees that walked past us and didn’t say anything after we blowed our horn when we saw them.If they had to close early one of the employees that walked past could have said that they couldn’t take our order.I am a little disappointed only because I was starving and had mind set on a Filet o fish meal 😩 2/3/24 10:45 pm
