last night, April 8th, I ordered a small hot honey pizza around 10pm and while I have always been relatively satisfied with the pizza at Donatos, and this might be a one-off experience, this was quite possibly the worst pizza I have ever gotten from them.
Then I got home and opened the box it looked like someone had spilled the entire chili pepper container onto the pizza. I had not ordered anything extra on the pizza so the only chili peppers should have been the ones contained in the hot honey and that definitely could not have been true with the amount of dried pepper flakes that were on this pizza. I was able to eat a portion of the pizza that did not contain the amount of peppers pictured here but this portion was completely uneatable.

We placed a large order 48 hours ahead of time for June 18, 2023 to the tune of about $102.00.
The pizzas were okay, but somewhat cold.
We also ordered 60 boneless wings.
Most of the wings were hard, all were cold, they were so small they were a total of one bite and not to mention we only had 25 each flavor instead of 30 wings each flavor.
We sent an email, but not one person responded.
Needless to say we will never order at the location on Thurman Ave.
Don't waste your time or money.

Donatos Pizza was once a great place with great pizza! Anymore the quality of service is not remotely good.
Order accuracy, timeliness, and customer service are lacking big time at most of their locations.
Premium pricing for sub par, low quality, thrown together food is outrageous.
