Shangri-La East is a delightful find in Colorado Springs! 🤩 The vibrant decor immediately sets a welcoming tone as you walk in. I tried the Chicken Egg Rolls and Chicken Fried Rice - absolutely delicious, with perfectly cooked white meat chicken.

On my second visit, the owner warmly greeted me, which felt personal and inviting. My only suggestion would be to ensure consistent use of white meat in dishes like sesame chicken, which had a mix.

Overall, great service and flavors! I can't wait to return for another casual meal! 🍽️✨
