I haven’t ordered for here in a while and when my food arrived i was very disappointed.
Portions used to be much larger.
The fries now are probably 1/4 of what it used to be.
The dip cups are only 1/2 full but then charge for extra sauce and the extra sauce I did pay for wasn’t in my order.
The wings were barely tossed in sauce.
In the past they were a 5/5 place.
Now a 3/5

I had ordered through Uber eats and half of my order was missing so I called, and spoke with Michael (manager).
Not only was he sympathetic but he replaced what was missing and gave us free dessert! Really made things right, and then some.
As a single mom, eating out is rare so for him to correct our dinner really made our experience great

Me and my fiance ordered food online, and we were very satisfied with the order quality and promptness of our order being brought to our vehicle! The chicken was cooked beautifully, not too rough, not undercooked, just perfect! The pleasant pungency of the chicken made the expireance all the better! My car smelled amazing the entire drive home, just to be able to dig in to an amazing meal! I had the honey Chipotle boneless wings, and my fiance had the boneless jalapeño butter wings, and we were very happy with the quality of the food!
