I was a walk in order after my 12 hour shift at the hospital and I waited 45 minutes, waiting isnt the issue but serving dozens of others who ordered after me first was my limit.After I felt that it was no longer worth it to me to wait, I asked for a refund or to know when my food would be made.One of the employees stated that they lost my order/receipt, 2 different employees began searching for my order.They finally made my pizza and as I was leaving, the manager on duty let me know he should 'have charged me much more'.There was a crowd of about 20-30 people who witnessed this comment.I left the store and promptly called the store to speak with the manager, the employee who answered the phone informed me that the manager was not in the store and was gone.I informed the employee that I was just in there, the employee ensured me that the manager would call me back that evening.I never received a phone call.I called corporate who instructed me to call the store but nobody (managers and owners) would call me back.Over the course of several days I had to call the store to continue asking to speak with someone about the way that employee treated me.Finally a woman named Lindsey who identified herself as the owner but is a business manager, reassured me that this was going to be handled.I was at work I missed a call where allegedly the owner called with the employee with an apology.I never received a voice-mail.I called 5 minutes after that call was placed and received no response but left a message asking to have my call returned.I waited a week in hopes that someone would reach out to me in regards to this situation but I had to initiate the call AGAIN. If I could give 0 stars I would.

I went to call and order two pizzas on the phone with one of their customer service representatives, I get there and I pay for it and they tell me that they’re working on my order now my pizza sat on the back racks for 20 to 30 minutes until they finally found the order because they had the names messed up, and then we go to cook the first pizza and the dough was so dried out on one side that it got stuck to the cardboard and card Board was stuck to our pizza, so I had called and explained, and asked if we could get a remake, I go to get the remake and one of the people at the register make a slick comment under their breath saying well, you should’ve brought the other pizza back when the lady on the phone never said to bring any pizza back , and Continues to keep making comments under her breath as I’m walking out the door, so then I call, asking to speak with a supervisor and not a shift leader, And they hand the phone to the same person that Was making comments under her breath, and then she hangs up on me, and I called back asking when the next supervisor or manager was going to be in and they just sat there in silence, and then hung up on me again .Never will be back again especially After the way, I was treated especially being a paying customer

I ordered 2 family size pizzas and cheesy type bread, spending nearly $45. I get back home only to find an ingredient we are suppose to add to the bread wasn't in the box.Sooo, I spent 15 more min driving back.No I'm sorry..nothing.I wasn't expecting one but it would have been nice.As I was ordering the manager was busy talking to an employee.I'm waiting..waiting..small cough to get attention..FINALLY after about 5 minutes he takes my order.I ask about a Club they have.Manager mumbled about being out of the cards.Oookay... The pizzas were not good.Before COVID hit I would buy pizzas about once a month and they were great.But....something was 'off' with the pizzas.We agreed never to buy Papa Murphys pizzas.They were nasty pizzas.
