Second Empire Restaurant and Tavern is an absolute gem! 💎

From the moment we stepped in, the cozy, historic atmosphere enveloped us. Our server, Sam, was attentive and took the time to explain the menu, which made our choices feel special.

I ordered the lamb rack and my partner had the sea bass; both were cooked to perfection! Don’t skip dessert - the espresso soufflé was divine.

As a sweet touch, we received a chef-signed menu for my birthday! 🎉 Highly recommend this fine dining experience in Raleigh... it’s worth every penny!
