Gaia's Kitchen and Catering is a vegan gem in Raleigh! 🌱 I recently dined there for lunch, and the lasagna bolognese absolutely stole the show - comforting, rich, and satisfying. The cozy atmosphere made it perfect for a solo meal, and the staff was warm and welcoming.
