Sausage & Boudin Shack is a must-visit for barbecue lovers in Houston!

I recently ordered the sampler with ribs, brisket, sausage, and chicken. The chicken was exceptionally tender, and the ribs had that perfect bite! The standout was definitely the sausage - packed with spices and a great texture.

Don't skip the Boudin Balls! They were crispy on the outside and bursting with spicy flavor inside. I devoured them way too fast! 😋

Casual atmosphere and friendly service made for a cozy dinner. Plus, you can't beat the price! I’ll definitely be coming back for more... 🍽️
