I don't understand why I miss Joyce the manager has only one way to verify the order.I know that some people manipulate business but that's not my motive.Then again she argues with me and all I all for was corporate number.The america I was inherited from stand on customer first.The street should be more understanding and punctual.
Location is sometimes difficult to reach due to high traffic area.The quality of food is typical, the customer service definitely needs improvement.Each time I've stopped here (not often) something has always been missing from the order.Double checking before driving away is a MUST.Small parking area, usually busy but not overwhelming.The wait time is usually decent.6 minutes or less.
Every time I come thru I have a great experience.From the twins with great teamwork to Ms.Joyce and the night time manager.I think this location deserves recognition.They are like family and I’m forever getting the sweet and spicy wings.Food always fresh.I love this location.They let you know great customer service still exists 🤗 -Denise
