Okay if you are going to have a restaurant where 70% or more of your customers speak English have the ability to understand very simple English especially if working the register.But for my brother to have me help ask simply if they have any lunch specials and to get a negative attitude was off putting when you're already hungry and there for food not drama.Considering how much more expensive they are compared to the one right by our house we decided not to eat here.The negative attitude made it worse.If you're not customer service oriented and polite maybe move too cooking or something.I won't be returning to this one ever.The other clue it was a bad place was at noon no lines all booths empty but one and very small line at the drive through
The food was really good for what it was.Hot and huge portions.My only problem was the cashier… ole girl just talk entirely too much.Like shut up and take my order!!! It’s not my fault you gotta be there 12 hours I just wanna pay for my food and leave.She held my food off to the side while people that ordered after me got their food before me and left while I was sitting there waiting because she mad that I am not a social chitchat type person.Girl fu! Beside her the food is good.Just be prepared to have a long conversation with the cashier before you order your food.Oh and they only accept cash.
Food is good service sucks.I ordered 2 F11, 1 f12 and 1 F15.And sweet and sour sauce.I had to reorder the shrimp fried rice with the wing dinner after cashier repeated my order.Went back to the ATM got the money to pay for what wasn't charged.I never received the fries for the 2 F11s and now can't get through on the phone.Y'all got it my grandkids ate the chx with no fries instead they had to eat rice instead.Thanks you.BTW I received attitude 😆 🤣 😂. Keep settling for less and making them rich while you're struggling!
