Salata is my go-to spot for a fresh and satisfying salad! 🥗 I love the assembly-line style where you can customize your bowl right in front of you. I opted for the Salata mix with marinated chicken, sun-dried tomatoes, and cucumber drizzled with sun-dried tomato vinaigrette - delicious!

The quality of the ingredients is top-notch, and the portion sizes are generous, especially for the price! The casual atmosphere makes it perfect for solo dining or grabbing takeout. Just a heads-up, parking is a small fee, but it’s worth it for the freshness and service. Definitely a bright spot on S Tryon St! 🌟
