This was a surprise adventure our event had been postponed and my friend decided to go to Charlotte so we started looking for a restaurant to go to, my friends daughter happen to recommend Mariposa.
So glad she did.
I had reserved a table but somehow it was not showing with the hostess she pleasantly worked with us so happy she did.
The service was wonderful and the food was absolutely amazing we attended the brunch time. I had the Shukshuka which it is poached eggs in a roasted tomato sauce and served with baguettes. I cleaned my dish it was so delicious! I had the espresso martini and wow!! Absolutely amazing! I highly recommend the corn fritters so tasty. The atmosphere was beautiful I loved the aesthetics and the live jazz was perfect ambiance. The only thing I didn’t appreciate was when the manager got onto the hostess about letting in walk-ins .
I believe he could have pulled her to the back and nicely said to her not to allow any more walk ins.
He spoke to her in a demeaning way and that was not professionally handled in my many years of of public relations.

Such a gem-like restaurant that nails out what it claims to deliver: bringing the world’s culinary delights together.
The ambience is just right for that with its contemporary-chic tone and colors.
The amazingly friendly, professional servers make the experience only even better.

Came here for brunch with a small group.
Excellent cocktails and drinks.
The food took a while but it was worth the wait.
Presentation was excellent, the food was perfectly cooked and tasted delicious.
Would recommend.
