Had a great experience at Duckworth’s Grill & Taphouse in Charlotte North Carolina.
We went on a Sunday during football season and it was packed but there happened to be two seats at the bar.
The service was great and very accommodating.
There were two or three people helping us out.
We ate the nachos and we had wings.
The nachos are huge.
I guess I should’ve figured it out because they were $19 but we did a pretty good job eating them.
The only thing that was slightly annoying was they asked if we wanted queso and that was a $5 up charge.
I know we would have to pay extra for that but that was a little excessive.
I also noticed someone else ordered it with sour cream.
I wish we were given that option.
I completely forgot to ask.
They were still delicious and would order them again.
We also ordered 10 medium wings.
They were pretty spicy for medium.
Even though the service was spectacular, they did forget to put our order in and we waited awhile but we were in no hurry.
They also have an unbelievable tap list and a pretty good drink menu.
They also had $6 bloody Mary’s on Sunday and she asked me if I wanted Tito’s and that ended up being a $3 up charge.
Again, I don’t mind so much but they should probably tell you.
Definitely loved the experience and will go back for sure!!!

Our waitress was friendly & attentive.
The restaurant had a comfortable atmosphere.
My food was mostly good, the nacho chips were a bit overcooked for my liking, I did like the queso dip.
The pretzel bread with cheese was soft, warm and tasty.
I enjoyed my chicken wrap & homemade chips.
The chips were good & crunchy.

The atmosphere is fun and upbeat, a busy place for sure! The food was standard.
My side salad had more cheese than lettuce, and the lettuce wasn’t very good.
Salmon and wings were decent.
My husband didn’t finish his burger, which is unusual, he said it was so-so.
The service was very slow….actually here, and still waiting for the bill… ☠️
