Saigon Alley Kitchen + Bar is a Vietnamese gem in Sacramento that blew me away! 🍜

We started with the crispy tofu salad - crunchy, fresh, and a delightful kick from jalapeños. The garlic noodles were simple but bursting with flavor, while the taro fries, served with a herby dip, were downright addictive.

Our visit had a relaxed vibe, and the staff was friendly. The pho was truly standout; it hit the spot, rich and aromatic. I can't recommend this place enough for anyone craving modern Vietnamese eats! Can’t wait to return! 🌟
