Excellent, excellent, excellent service, food, and ambiance.
It is patently clear from the conversations throughout the restaurant and kitchen that the attentive owner and staff care deeply about the dining experience of all their guests.
The experience is worth the high price point.
I will certainly return if I am ever back in Sacramento on a weekend. My order ($85+tip): - No drinks - Grilled Eggplant Appetizer - Ribeye Steak in a Blue Cheese Reduction Entrée - Mango Sorbet Dessert

I went with my partner for our anniversary.
The service was kind and prompt.
Our server, who I presume is the owner, came and took our order while offering jokes and positive vibes help making it feel intimate and homey.
The physical menu is small, but there is a large specials menu that is verbally spoken.
Additionally, they offer "anything you can find nearby we'll get it". We got a mushroom appetizer off the menu, a pasta special, a salmon special, a bottle of red wine and a chocolate mousse cake for dessert.
Every meal was scrumptious and had us wanting more. This restaurant feels like a hole in the wall, but don't be fooled as it's marvelous!

This was one of the best dining experiences I have ever had.
The food was original and delicious and the kind of meal that makes you want to savor every bite.
The owner Adam is a true artist and so charming.
He makes you feel like family.
I will definitely be making this my go to place for dining out and be recommending it to all my family and friends.
