The Waterboy in Sacramento is a delightful find for anyone craving fresh, seasonal New American cuisine! 🌿

I had the duck and pork belly plate, which was nothing short of spectacular - each bite was bursting with flavor. The service was friendly and attentive, making the dining experience even more enjoyable.

While the soup left something to be desired, the steak tartare and robust Sav Blanc from Napa were perfect complements to our meal. A lovely atmosphere, though I did feel a tad on the younger side during my visit. Overall, I highly recommend giving this gem a try! ✨
