Ju Hachi in midtown Sacramento is a delightful gem for sushi lovers! 🍣 I visited for dinner and tried their Capital Roll, Sunshine Roll, and the must-have Mini Chirashi set.

The fresh fish in the rolls was fantastic, though some cuts were a bit uneven. Still, the Mini Chirashi stole the show - ten pieces of sashimi over sushi rice, alongside tempura and miso soup, all bursting with flavor.

Fast service and a cozy vibe make it perfect for both solo dining and groups. If you’re craving Japanese cuisine, Ju Hachi is a must-try! 🌟
