October 04, 2024I had a delightful brunch at Ruby Sunshine! ☀️ I absolutely loved their made-from-scratch biscuits and gravy - truly the best I've ever had. Paired with crispy bacon and fluffy scrambled eggs, it made my morning!
The atmosphere is casual yet trendy, perfect for a group or solo dining. Our server, Marisa, was a gem, attentive without being intrusive.
I recommend the candied bacon for a sweet, indulgent treat! Just a heads-up, expect a bit of a wait during peak hours, but it’s worth it! I can't wait to return when I'm back in Knoxville. 😋✨
