I am so glad Fred Beans & Rice moved into Knox Brew Hub! I am a sucker for some cajun food, and this does not disappoint.
Of course, the red beans and rice is incredible, but don't sleep on their other food- shrimp po boy, the mac attack special, anything.
And don't forget the hot sauce wall, there's tooo many to choose from- you can even bring your favorite own unopened bottle and add to the collection.
The staff is great, service is quick, and food is even better!

The soppin shrimp is absolutely incredible.
My husband and I split a pound every time we come in and there is usually extra to share with the table! I also really love the chicken Cesar wrap with the blackened chicken thighs.
Honestly you can’t go wrong here.
I crave the red beans and rice when I haven’t had it in a couple weeks!!

You can't get good cajun spice just anywhere in Knoxville.
Fred Beans & Rice wont disappoint.
Po'Boys, Soppin Shrimp, or my favorite, the ultimate cajun rice bowl, are all wonderful on top of one of the friendliest bar staffs in town.
