8/14/2018 Had lunch delivered for a meeting, but one order that was a veggie wrap didn't come with the salsa and chips as listed on the menu and none of the ingredients that were listed like, onion, tomato, cheese black olives, shredded parmesan cheese were in the wrap. When we called they said we could come by and pick up the salsa and chips! We had it delivered, paid bite squad and tip and they want us to come there.
WOW!!! Or as suggested next time we order to remind them, and they would give us extra chips and salsa.
Yeah like they are going to remember. Also, 3 mixed fruit cups were ordered, and we got cups full of all grapes, nothing mixed about that. We will not be ordering from them again anytime soon.

At Riverview Cafe, unlike many restaurants, we want you to be happy no matter what and we stand behind the belief that we serve the best food in Knoxville. I have already made sure that you will receive a 100% refund, and I and I'm working with the 3rd party deliverer to ensure this does not happen again.

We apologize for your confusion on the Google listing.
We have updated the erroneous user edit on dine in.
We also made sure and verified that the listing lists the counter service and no seats in the cafe proper.
The only thing we can surmise is the businesses in the building offer break rooms and there is outdoor seating and seats in the lobby.
We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and are sorry that you felt this warranted a 1 star review.
