Chivo Taqueria is a gem in Knoxville! 🌟 I stopped by for a late lunch and was greeted warmly. The roasted pineapple margarita was a delightful surprise - refreshing with a perfect kick! I ordered the burrito and a side of roasted brussels sprouts, both incredibly satisfying.

Our waitress was attentive and even suggested drinks not on the menu! The atmosphere was cozy and upbeat, making it a great spot for groups or solo dining. I'll definitely be returning for more tacos and those cocktails... Cheers! 🍹✨
