Roti Mediterranean Bowls is a delightful gem in Hyde Park! 🌟 I loved building my own bowl with saffron rice, veggies, and the signature salmon - it was incredible! Even without the hummus and extra feta I ordered, the flavors were vibrant and satisfying.

The staff, especially the friendly young women behind the counter, really made the experience special. They exuded great energy, and their service was top-notch. 🍵 My peach tea was the cherry on top!

Overall, this spot offers delicious, healthy food in a casual atmosphere. I can't wait to go back...!
