This is literally the worst Potbelly in Chicago.
The restaurant is usually unclean, messy.
The employees are unprofessional, often rude.
The manager can not uphold an entire otherwise team.
I always have an issue with my order -- rarely do I visit here leaving satisfied.
They're serving cups of soup in bowls.
Cheating customers.

I stopped in to purchase a bowl of chilli ,when I got home and saw this half filled bowl I was pissed if I wanted a cup of chilli I would've ordered and paid for that.
Understandably higher prices lately but no one wants to feel cheated out of money they've spent

I went to this restaurant on 9/1/2022 and my experience was good.
I ordered “The Wreck” sandwich on wheat bread with a strawberry milkshake.
They had good customer service and were doing their best even when the line got long.
The person who checked me out still made time to answer my questions about the Potbelly app.
I was satisfied with everything I got for lunch.
Highly recommend downloading the app as well.
