You know what…..You would have thought I would have learned my lesson to not play with McDonalds but clearly I haven’t learned.On Sunday December 17th 2023 at 8:45 pm this is what I was handed……I just can’t believe it.What really makes me mad is that the person who made this LOOKED at the bread saw it was brunt and made a conscious decision to wrap it up and give to a customer like nothing happened…… Before I continue ….The young man who gave me my refund was so nice and sweet and so respectful.He was truly a gentleman and I appreciate him so much.He is too good for that place! The only one with some respect and sense (Tall young man with the waves). But the rest y’all need to be fired! Ghetto, rude, unprofessional, disrespectful.Then the young lady with brown and blonde hair had the Audacity to say it’s not her problem……I almost forgot I was saved for a second.Idk what their location has going on but yall need to get some professional help and Gordan Ramsey.It’s fries on the floor.Now the ice crème machine is broken.Now the toaster burning food? CLOSE DOWN SHOP IMMEDIATELY! McDonald’s franchise owners make a lot of money please invest in the equipment and train your mf staff….
I ordered at the kiosk, and you are not given a receipt with order # when you login, just pick up at the counter.After over 30 minutes of waiting, I was told my # was called a long time ago.(Yeah, the # I was not given.) The man on the register says the order # does briefly flash, and it's easy to miss ( which is probably why your name is also on the receipt).I was served my cold hash brown and barely warm sandwich and had to wait for my coffee.I'm pretty sure they forgot to add sugar because it tasted fine after I went back and asked for sugar.Not a good customer service experience for me, but they did seem helpful and attentive to all those who entered.They made it out as if it was my fault for not responding to the # they called, which I didn't have.I heard them say the name on other bags and even say what is in the order for other orders, but never for mine.They should have at least asked if I wanted to wait for a new hash brown, especially since I still had to wait for my coffee.
Had breakfast using the drive through.Got cheated out of a hash brown and there were no coffee choices except regular coffee.Drive in took the better part of 1/2 hour.Food was tasty but not worth the hassle and time
