Skidoe's is a cozy breakfast gem that's perfect for a solo brunch or a catch-up with friends! ☕🥞 I tried the classic shrimp and grits, and while I wished for more seasoning, the comfort food feel made up for it. The waffle was delightfully crispy, though it was a little thinner than I expected.

The highlight was the great coffee! Plus, the atmosphere is super casual. 🙌 Just a heads up, I noticed a mix of delivery and dine-in options, but they could use a few more menu choices for variety. Overall, it's a solid spot for a quick bite! I'll definitely be back... for those pork chops next time!
