I stumbled upon Roots Bistro while searching for a cozy spot for lunch, and I was pleasantly surprised! 🌟 The modern interior is inviting, and the menu is a delightful mix of classic dishes and creative options.

I tried the Wagyu Pho Special, which had rich flavors, though it was a bit greasy for my taste. The Vegetarian Vermicelli Noodle, however, stole the show with its bold flavors and generous portions of fresh veggies.

Friendly staff and reasonable prices make this hidden gem a must-visit. I can’t wait to return and explore more of their menu! 🍜
