ROC is an absolute gem in Louisville! The cozy, romantic atmosphere sets the perfect tone for a memorable dinner. Our meal started with the stunning truffle Carpaccio special - perfection on a plate! For mains, I couldn't resist the Cacio e Pepe prepared tableside; creamy and flavorful, it was a highlight.
The staff was attentive, and the owner even shared some interesting tidbits about the place. We wrapped up our evening with a delightful dessert and amazing cocktails. Just a heads up, parking can be tricky, so plan accordingly. Can’t wait to return for more deliciousness! 🍝✨
