Nothing but the best experience when I come here.
Food is so good service is excellent.
This 1 server seems to always be there and takes such good care of me name is Frank is my absolute favorite, always so nice and makes sure to get your order right the 1st time all while being the only server working on this day.
He was taking care of everyone making sure they all had the best of his attention.
So I just wanted to leave a good review mainly for this server who is excellent! Thank you for the great experience Frank you are the best! They are all great here!

First off, service was great.
The drinks were also good and they have a great selection of Mexican beers on draft.
My main issue is that the food is super mediocre at this location. I had the mole enchiladas and they were pretty bland.
My wife got a taco salad which was about 1/4 of lettuce, a pile of dry chicken and burnt bacon.
Almost no cheese, no sour cream or anything, and the shell was soggy. Not saying I would never go here again or anything but I've had much better luck at other El Nopal locations.

Had always enjoyed their service until I received these small portions. My burrito was smaller than a hotdog, and my Monica lacked cheese, rice, two shrimp, and very little chicken. I threw $30 plus dollars down the drain. Never again will I be eating at that location in the Highlands.
