September 08, 2024El Nopal is a cozy little gem in Louisville! 🌮 I visited for lunch and absolutely loved the carne asada burrito - it was massive and packed with flavor! The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, especially Frank, who made sure my order was just right.
The atmosphere is casual yet trendy, perfect for a quick bite or a relaxing meal. I did notice some mixed reviews about the consistency of dishes, but my experience was top-notch! I’ll definitely be back for more delicious eats! 🙌✨
