Heart and Soy is a delightful gem on Bardstown Rd! 🌱 I stopped in for lunch, and the cozy atmosphere instantly made me feel at home. I ordered the special ramen soup, and oh my goodness, it was incredible! The homemade tofu was a standout.

The staff was so friendly - definitely added to the positive vibes! While parking was a bit tricky, it was worth it. If you’re looking for delicious vegan and vegetarian options, this is the place to be! Can’t wait to come back and try more dishes... 🍜
