The chicken was fantastic! This was my 1st experience here.
I didn't particularly care for the Cane Sauce.
But that's just me.
They were nice enough to give us all fresh chicken, so it was worth the wait.

Very confusing experience.
Came here for dinner on 4/5 on recommendation.
Im not from the area and we don't have this chain where I live.
Got the Candiac Combo.
Food was extremely fast, fresh, and steaming hot.
Fries were crispy and salted, Cole slaw was cold and tasty.
The Canes sauce is delicious.
However, the chicken could not be more bland.
It tasted of absolutely nothing.
No spice.
No salt.
Not even chicken really.
They were cooked perfect and were hot as can be, but they were the most vague tenders I have ever had in my life.
Not a flavor to be found.
For a food chain borne in Louisiana, I was shocked.
Didnt taste the batter.
Didnt taste the oil.
The chicken equivalent of Dasani.
Its a problem when its the star of your culinary show. The restaurant was clean.
The staff was so nice and friendly.
Nothing this restaurant could have done better.
Just whoever at corporate decided the breading recipe mustve lost their tastebuds during the pandemic.

I came into the store and made an order around 6pm and the gentleman on the counter was so friendly and knowledgeable! He took his time and was patient with me but got my food it me and it was still hot and fresh.
Definitely don't see customer service like that anymore.
Will definitely be back.
He deserves a raise and a plague 💯😍
