Superb, perfect, a complete surprise - overwhelmed our expectations.We were able to book this by chance 10 minutes before the reservation time and it was close to our hotel.The meal was so well assembled.Each round of fares was well constructed, perfectly seasoned and composed to compliment that last dish.We finished our meal with a light but tasty rhubarb, fennel dessert which was incredibly well rounded and finished off the experience delicately sweet but on a high note of being able to appreciate all the dishes.I have to say this is one of my favourite meals in Paris because the food really checks all the boxes, flavourful without compromise but not heavy at all.I look forward to our next seasonal return.Well done - Trace Restaurant
It was just a perfect evening.The food was delicious and very creative.It was also very beautiful, and the performance made us more enjoy our food.They cannot be compared to any restaurant cause it’s really a new sand challenging style.I can call it this was an extraordinary ‘experience’ more than just eating.
The desserts are tasty.The appetizers and main dishes are not bad.However, I expected more when I spend around 250€ pp.The wines are nothing special.The atmosphere is similar to many cafes, and the FLYS and bugs are annoying.
