The sea bass and carpaccio were very good as was the pate de campagne appetizer but the service was erratic and the table next to us got the wrong dish.The crème brûlée was very good. The setting on the place Dauphine is charming and idyllic.Paul gets a four and not a five only because the food experience is expensive for what it is and you can do better for less money. Certainly very good but you are paying a premium for the setting and location.
The best food we have had in Paris, and in the top 10 best meals we have ever eaten! The staff are lovely and is centred in a central but quiet part of the city.
Nice traditional local restaurant.We had snails, roasted chicken with roasted vegetables, sweet breads, duck breast and veal.All delicious.The restaurant has a long history serving good food to locals and important figures.Nice outdoor seating facing a courtyard with other restaurants, flowers and nice local atmosphere.Menu is relatively small but everything we ordered was great.If you want to try some food local French food, this is a great choice.
